If your item has any quality issues, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Each piece is handmade especially for you. Production time varies from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the number of pieces ordered. After completion, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
