Attention: A genuine leather product may present variations in color, texture and natural marks from the animal's skin, making each piece unique and exclusive. Avoid exposing it to humidity, excessive heat and direct sunlight to preserve its durability and beauty.

Shipping

We work to process each order as quickly as possible.

Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.

For items that can be customized or made to order, we have approximately 4 business days to produce your order (depending on the quantity of items in your order)

If your order is custom made, please contact us through our Customer Service at hello@couragem.com or through the store Chat located at the bottom of the store for information on the production time of your items.

The customer will receive an email confirming the order placed on our website, an email confirming payment, and a shipping notification email with the tracking number.

Delivery times via CTT in Portugal and Spain are 2 to 5 business days, within the European Union, 5 to 10 business days, and within the rest of the world, 7 to 15 business days. These delivery times are indicative and are the responsibility of the carrier.

We accept exchanges up to 14 days after receiving the items, except for personalized or custom-made products.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Leather and uppers are non-uniform raw materials, they present the characteristics and experience of each animal, therefore, they present marks and slight differences that are not considered defects.

Goods Not Covered

The following goods are not covered by the returns or exchange policy:

  • Gift Cards

  • Items with personalization (inscription of names or initials)

  • Custom-made items (special leather colors, combinations made at the customer's request)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us (email and/or phone number)

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
