We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We only offer refunds for items sold at regular price; sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Leather and hide are non-uniform raw materials and exhibit the characteristics and life of each animal, so they have marks and slight differences that are not considered defects.
If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email at hello@couragem.com and we will take care of the details.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not covered by our return or exchange policy:
- Gift cards
- All Personalized items (with name or initials or any word)
- Custom-made items (special leather colors, custom combinations requested by the customer and tailormade)
