Custom Leather Engraving Service — Names or Initials

Want to personalise a leather item with a name or initials?
We offer a handcrafted engraving service exclusively at our Lisbon atelier. Bring your item — such as a wallet, passport cover or keyring — and we will assess it on site to confirm whether it can be engraved safely and to a high standard.

How it works

1. Visit our Lisbon atelier by appointment.
2. We assess the item and confirm whether engraving is suitable.
3. If approved, we engrave it by hand with care.
4. Collect it the same day when possible, or arrange a later collection.

What you can engrave

• Initials (e.g. M.J.)
• Short names (e.g. Tiago)
• Short words (e.g. Love, Faith, Gratitude)

Character limit

Up to 10 characters, including spaces and punctuation.

Available finishes

• Gold
• Silver
• Blind embossing — no colour, relief only

In-person service

This service is available in person only at our Lisbon studio. We need to assess the leather and the condition of the item before confirming the engraving.

We do not accept items by post.

Turnaround

Depending on our workload, engraving may be completed on the spot or within 48 working hours.

Important notes

• We accept genuine leather only.
• We cannot guarantee engraving on synthetic, heavily textured, specially treated or very worn leather.
• All items are subject to technical assessment on site.
• Personalised products cannot be returned.
