How to Personalise

Select your initial and leather colour. The initial is embossed by hand in the atelier before dispatch.

Care

Clean with a dry cloth and avoid prolonged contact with water. Vegetable-tanned leather develops a natural patina with use.

Most Couragem pieces are produced individually, on request, with exclusive personalisation for each customer. Because of this, production time is added on top of the shipping time.

The total estimated timeframe is 7 to 14 business days — production included — for mainland Portugal. For the Islands and Europe, the indicated shipping times are added.

During festive periods, such as Christmas or Easter, slight delays may occur. We recommend placing your order well in advance.

Some products are available for immediate dispatch and are marked as such on the page. These are the exception, not the rule.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.

Personalised items — with engraving, monogram or any other personalisation — are not eligible for exchange or return, given their unique, made-to-order nature.
