At Couragem, each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our products and address manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Warranty Coverage
Couragem products are covered by the warranty terms applicable to the purchase.
The warranty covers:
• Sewing or assembly defects
• Defects in metal hardware and accessories
• Structural problems resulting from manufacturing defects
• Defects in the materials used
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper or negligent use, exposure to extreme conditions, alterations or repairs by third parties, natural characteristics of leather, or stains and damage caused by liquids, perfumes or other products.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Couragem item has a manufacturing defect:
1. Contact us via hello@couragem.com or online chat.
2. Send photographs clearly showing the issue.
3. Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
4. Wait for our assessment.
Resolution
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will assess the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or refund, as applicable.
