Handmade in the same atelier where the engraved leather Hobo Bag is created, this version in natural cowhide carries the same generous silhouette and the same artisanal rigor, but in a raw material that is, by nature, unrepeatable. Each hide has its own pattern, its own texture, its own story. No two are alike — and never will be.

The golden zipper and the natural leather strap age with the wearer, becoming, over time, even more uniquely theirs. A piece that doesn't follow trends because it doesn't need to.

Artisanal production. Each piece is unique and may present natural variations in the hide.

Most Couragem pieces are produced individually, on request, with exclusive personalisation for each customer. Because of this, production time is added on top of the shipping time.

The total estimated timeframe is 7 to 14 business days — production included — for mainland Portugal. For the Islands and Europe, the indicated shipping times are added.

During festive periods, such as Christmas or Easter, slight delays may occur. We recommend placing your order well in advance.

Some products are available for immediate dispatch and are marked as such on the page. These are the exception, not the rule.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.

Personalised items — with engraving, monogram or any other personalisation — are not eligible for exchange or return, given their unique, made-to-order nature.

To start the process, email hello@couragem.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Shipments are made via CTT Express, with estimated delivery in 3 business days for mainland Portugal and up to 12 business days for the Islands.

For shipments to Europe, the timeframe varies by destination country.

Shipping is free on orders of 100€ or more, both for Portugal and Europe.
