Each piece is crafted from high-quality genuine leather, with artisanal personalization of the text of your choice. The natural variations in colour and texture make each tag unique — just like the person who wears it.

What to engrave on the tag?

The personalization area is small (8 × 4 cm), so we recommend short, legible text. Some popular options:

Initials only — discreet and elegant
Name and phone number — practical and effective
Name and city — for a personal touch

A full address is not recommended given the available space. When in doubt, our suggestion is always: name + phone number.

Care

Avoid exposing the leather to moisture, excessive heat and direct sunlight to preserve its durability and beauty over time.

How to order multiple colours

If you would like tags in different colours, please place a separate order for each colour with the desired quantity and personalization, adding each one to the cart before checking out.

Most Couragem pieces are produced individually, on request, with exclusive personalisation for each customer. Because of this, production time is added on top of the shipping time.

The total estimated timeframe is 7 to 14 business days — production included — for mainland Portugal. For the Islands and Europe, the indicated shipping times are added.

During festive periods, such as Christmas or Easter, slight delays may occur. We recommend placing your order well in advance.

Some products are available for immediate dispatch and are marked as such on the page. These are the exception, not the rule.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.

Personalised items — with engraving, monogram or any other personalisation — are not eligible for exchange or return, given their unique, made-to-order nature.
