At Couragem, each piece is handcrafted with dedication and precision. We guarantee the quality of our items and are committed to resolving any issues related to manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage

All Couragem items have a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers:
• Sewing or assembly defects
• Defects in metal hardware and accessories
• Structural problems resulting from manufacturing defects
• Defects in the materials used

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:
• Natural wear and tear resulting from normal use.
• Damage caused by improper or negligent use
• Exposure to extreme conditions (excessive humidity, heat, chemicals)
• Alterations or repairs made by third parties
• Natural characteristics of leather (variations in tone, natural markings, patina)
• Stains or damage caused by contact with liquids, perfumes, or other products.

How to Claim the Warranty

If you detect a manufacturing defect in your Courage item:

1. Contact us via hello@couragem.com or through our online chat.
2. Send photos that clearly show the problem.
3. Provide the order number or proof of purchase.
4. Please wait for our evaluation - we will respond within 24-48 business hours.

Resolution

After confirming that the defect is covered by the warranty, we offer:

• Item repair at our studio (free of charge)
• Replacement with a new item if repair is not possible.
• Full refund , in exceptional cases where repair and replacement are not feasible.

Couragem covers the shipping costs for repairs or replacements under warranty.
