A personalised leather passport cover, handmade in Lisbon.

Made from full-grain leather and hot-stamped with your name or initials, each cover is personalised individually at the Couragem atelier.

The personalisation is applied by hand using the same tools and techniques we use for international projects and live embossing events.

Usually ready within 5–7 business days. During quieter periods, your piece may be ready sooner — sometimes even the next day.

Visiting Lisbon?

You can order online and collect your personalised passport cover at our atelier in the heart of Lisbon.

Please enter the name or initials you would like us to emboss in the personalisation field when adding the product to your cart.

Most Couragem pieces are produced individually, on request, with exclusive personalisation for each customer. Because of this, production time is added on top of the shipping time.

The total estimated timeframe is 7 to 14 business days — production included — for mainland Portugal. For the Islands and Europe, the indicated shipping times are added.

During festive periods, such as Christmas or Easter, slight delays may occur. We recommend placing your order well in advance.

Some products are available for immediate dispatch and are marked as such on the page. These are the exception, not the rule.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.

Personalised items — with engraving, monogram or any other personalisation — are not eligible for exchange or return, given their unique, made-to-order nature.

To start the process, email hello@couragem.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
