The story
Each ring is cut in our Lisbon atelier and stamped with a hammer and punches, one letter at a time. The letters vary slightly from one another, and that is what makes them personal. They are made for everyday use with cloth napkins instead of paper.
With the recipient's name on it, it makes a lovely gift for family or for friends who have just moved home. At weddings, christenings, Christmas and birthdays they mark each place, and every guest takes theirs home at the end.

How to use
Open the snap, wrap the napkin and close it. To store, open it out and it lies flat in a drawer.

FAQ
Can I choose a different name and colour for each ring?
Yes, that's what most people do. Type the name and pick the colour for each ring; to add more, tap “+ Add ring”. They all go into your basket in one go.
What's the difference between the three engraving styles?
Hand stamping is done with a hammer and punches, so every letter has its own character. Blind embossing is done by hand on a machine, in Times New Roman, for a neater look. Gold, silver and colour foil gives a metallic shine.
Can you engrave accents and symbols?
Yes. Accents in Portuguese and most other languages, plus six symbols: heart, star, clover, plane, flower and smiley.
Do you offer quantity pricing?
Yes, from 30 rings, whether for a wedding, a party or any other occasion. Write to us with the quantity and the date.
Can I exchange it?
Personalised pieces cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. This is natural leather, and its marks are not defects. Please check the spelling of each name carefully before ordering.
Production time
Each piece is made in the atelier after you order, with the personalisation you choose.
Production: 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time is then added, depending on the country (see Shipping).
Some pieces are ready to ship and are marked as such on the page.
Shipping
Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 working days with CTT Registered, or next working day with CTT Express. Islands: up to 12 working days.
Spain: 1 to 5 working days. Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 working days.
Free shipping over €100 in Portugal and Spain, and over €120 in the rest of Europe.
Exchanges and returns
Personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Natural marks in the leather are not defects: they are what make each piece unique.
Ready-to-ship pieces: we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, with the piece in perfect condition and unused. Write to hello@couragem.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
