Shipments

All Couragem items are carefully packaged in our Lisbon studio and securely shipped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Production Deadline

Since each piece is handcrafted, there is a production time of 3-5 business days before shipping. Custom or made-to-order items may have longer lead times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Mainland Portugal

Free shipping on orders over €100.
Standard shipping: $5.20 (2-3 business days after production)
Express shipping: $9.50 (1-2 business days after production)

Islands and Rest of Europe

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery time: 5-10 business days after production.

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept exchanges up to 14 days after receiving your order.

About Genuine Leather

We work exclusively with genuine leather. Variations in texture, tone, and small natural marks are not defects, but unique characteristics that prove the authenticity and quality of the material. Each piece is unique, and these particularities are part of the natural beauty of the leather.

• The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
• Original packaging preserved
• Labels intact

2. Send the item to the indicated address.
3. The exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
