Yes, every Couragem item is handcrafted in our Lisbon studio. We don't mass-produce – each piece receives individual attention and is unique.

We work exclusively with genuine leather from certified suppliers. Natural variations in texture, tone, and small marks are characteristics that prove the authenticity of the material.

Orders and Shipments
How long will it take to receive my order?
As each piece is handmade, there is a production time of 3-5 business days. After production, shipping within mainland Portugal takes 2-3 business days (standard) or 1-2 days (express).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Shipping times and costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange or return a product?
We accept exchanges up to 14 days after receipt, provided the item is in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange, except in case of defect.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

How should I care for my leather goods?
