Production Time

Your item is produced and personalized after your order, so we usually need 5 to 7 business days to prepare it.

Atelier Production

Each piece is cut and finished by hand at Couragem Leather Studio. Natural leather may show slight variations in tone — marks of each notebook's authenticity.

Produced especially for you within 5-7 business days after personalization confirmation.

Most Couragem pieces are produced individually, on request, with exclusive personalisation for each customer. Because of this, production time is added on top of the shipping time.

The total estimated timeframe is 7 to 14 business days — production included — for mainland Portugal. For the Islands and Europe, the indicated shipping times are added.

During festive periods, such as Christmas or Easter, slight delays may occur. We recommend placing your order well in advance.

Some products are available for immediate dispatch and are marked as such on the page. These are the exception, not the rule.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.

Personalised items — with engraving, monogram or any other personalisation — are not eligible for exchange or return, given their unique, made-to-order nature.

To start the process, email hello@couragem.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
