Niet-gepersonaliseerde producten kunnen binnen 14 dagen worden geretourneerd, mits niet gebruikt en in de originele verpakking. Uw tevredenheid is belangrijk voor ons.

De verzendkosten worden aan het einde van de bestelling berekend op basis van uw locatie en verzendmethode. Elk stuk wordt met de hand speciaal voor u gemaakt. De productietijd varieert tussen 3 en 5 werkdagen, afhankelijk van het aantal bestelde stukken. Nadat de productie is voltooid, wordt uw bestelling verzonden en ontvangt u een e-mail met trackinginformatie. De levertijden variëren afhankelijk van uw locatie.
