We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.

If the item in question was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged.
Leather and uppers are non-uniform raw materials, they reflect the characteristics and experience of each animal, and therefore present marks and slight differences that are not considered defects.

The following items are not subject to return or exchange policy:

Items with personalization (inscription of names or initials)

Custom-made items (special leather colors, combinations made at the customer's request)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Lost Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
