Shipping policy
We work to process each order as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed in the order they are received, usually within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Personalised items: please allow approximately 4–5 business days for production, depending on the quantity in your order.
For custom-made orders, please contact us at hello@couragem.com or via the store chat for confirmation of the production time for your specific order.
You will receive an order confirmation email, a payment confirmation email and a dispatch notification with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days for Portugal and Spain, 5–10 business days for the European Union and 7–20 business days for the rest of the world. All orders are sent with tracking.

- Spain — €7.50 (3–5 days) | Express (1–2 days): €9.50 | Free on orders from €100
- Europe — €14.00 (3–7 business days) | Express (3–4 business days): €26.00 | Free on orders from €100
- Outside Europe (e.g. Canada) — €26.00 (6–12 days)
Delivery times are the carrier's transit times and start when your order is dispatched. Production time must be added to these estimates, as our pieces are made to order and personalised where applicable.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for personalised or made-to-measure products.
