Shipping policy

 

We work to process each order as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed in order of arrival and within 48 hours of payment confirmation. For orders placed during weekends or public holidays, they will be processed on the next business day.

For items eligible for personalisation, we allow approximately 4/5 days for production of your order (depending on the number of items in your order).

If your order is custom-made, please contact us through our customer support at hello@couragem.com or via the store Chat in the bottom right corner of the store for information on production times.

The customer will receive an email with the order confirmation, an email with payment confirmation, and a shipping notification email with the tracking number.

Delivery times for Portugal and Spain are 2 to 5 business days, for the European Union 5 to 10 business days, and for the Rest of the World 7 to 20 business days. We always ship with a tracking number and registered delivery.

The delivery times indicated are the carrier's transit times and are counted from the moment the order is dispatched. Production time for each order must always be added to these — all pieces are personalised and made to measure, which is very important to bear in mind.

We accept exchanges up to 14 days after receipt of items, except for personalised or custom-made products.
