The story
We emboss each name by hand on a machine in our Lisbon atelier. Heat and pressure sink the letters into the leather, with no ink or foil. The result is subtle: you see it in the light and feel it under your fingers.

- Times New Roman lettering: large (6 mm) or small (4 mm)

How to use
Open the snap, wrap the napkin and close it. To store, open it out and it lies flat in a drawer.
What's included
One ring with the name of your choice. Gift wrapping available on request, at an additional cost.
How to order
Choose the colour and the lettering size, type the name and add it to your cart. Repeat for each colour. For several rings in the same colour and lettering, separate the names with commas: Maria, João, Ana.
FAQ
Large or small lettering?
Large lettering is 6 mm and works best for short names. Small lettering is 4 mm and fits double names or a first name and surname.
How is it different from hand stamping?
Hand stamping is done with a hammer and punches, letter by letter, so each one has its own character. Blind embossing is more even and neat.
Can you engrave accents?
Yes, in Portuguese and most other languages.
Do you offer quantity pricing?
Yes, from 30 rings, whether for a wedding, a party or any other occasion. Write to us with the quantity and the date.
Can I exchange it?
Personalised pieces cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. This is natural leather, and its marks are not defects. Please check the spelling of each name carefully.
Production time
Each piece is made in the atelier after you order, with the personalisation you choose.
Production: 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time is then added, depending on the country (see Shipping).
Some pieces are ready to ship and are marked as such on the page.
Shipping
Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 working days with CTT Registered, or next working day with CTT Express. Islands: up to 12 working days.
Spain: 1 to 5 working days. Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 working days.
Free shipping over €100 in Portugal and Spain, and over €120 in the rest of Europe.
Exchanges and returns
Personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Natural marks in the leather are not defects: they are what make each piece unique.
Ready-to-ship pieces: we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, with the piece in perfect condition and unused. Write to hello@couragem.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
